2008. The year of the Surveyor?

The Home Condition Report and the Home Condition Survey are arguably the best residential surveying products in the market today. Although they do not have a mandatory status under the current legislation, the Government clearly believe that their use should be encouraged as they continue to reserve the right to make the HCR mandatory if the market doesn't embrace it's use.

Having spent 2007 observing the ebb and flow of Government announcements, the subsequent entry into the market of many 1000s of Energy Assessors and finally, the downturn in the property business - we now move forward confidently knowing that providing services directly to Homeowners/Buyers in conjunction with Estate Agents and Legal Advisors is the right approach.
